Simply Weigh you baby, if you weigh you baby in grams you will convert using this chart to Lbs & Ozs. If you weigh in KG simply convert to grams 3kg is 3000gms and there you go.
Chart is printed out and laminated ready for you to hang on your wall for quick reference.
