Every Reborn Baby needs a Nappy as soon as they are born but it is soooo hard to get Nappies for our Teeniest of Tiny Reborns. Why not try these Huggies Nano Preemies Baby Nappies. They are meant for preemie size up to 900g ( Up to 2lbs ). I believe these Nappies are great for your VERY Preemie Reborn Babies around 5"-8" these are brand new. They are about 3.5" long and 1.5" wide.
